Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This policy explains privacy practices for the static developer website at creativeadventuregames.xyz and for mobile games or apps associated with Creative Adventure Games.

Part 1

Policy Scope

The scope is intentionally split between a lightweight website and mobile games distributed through Google Play. This split matters because Unity LevelPlay and game analytics relate to apps where integrated, not to the static website itself.

The notice may be updated as apps, SDKs, configuration, or law change.

Part 2

Android Game Privacy Context

When a user installs or plays a game, the app may interact with Google Play services, advertising SDKs, analytics tools, diagnostic systems, and device-level settings. Those systems can process data needed for ads, measurement, stability, and abuse prevention.

The site design was informed by titles such as Cover Strike Ops FPS Gun Games, Wild Bird Hunting Simulator 3D, WW2 Sniper War: Gun War Games, FPS Commando Strike: Gun Arena, Zombie Hunt: Gun War Games FPS.

Part 3

Website Logs and Local Interface Data

This developer site is not an advertising surface and does not install mobile-game SDKs. There is no deliberate fingerprinting, tracking pixel, WordPress login, payment form, or user account system in these static pages.

Like most hosted websites, the server may keep basic logs such as IP address, date and time, page requested, user-agent, response code, and similar security information. Local storage or cookies are limited to simple site functions if any are present.

These hosting records are referred to as server logs in this policy.

Part 4

Gameplay, Analytics, and Diagnostics

Games may use analytics or measurement technologies to understand game performance, identify crashes and technical problems, balance or improve gameplay, measure advertising, prevent abuse or fraud, and maintain stability.

  • app or game version
  • crashes
  • error logs
  • diagnostic data
  • performance information
  • general engagement statistics
  • advertising-related measurement
  • country or approximate region where lawfully derived
  • game launches
  • session duration
  • gameplay events
  • level progress
  • game mode usage
  • feature usage
  • interaction events
  • game performance
  • device information
Part 5

Advertising, Mediation, and Unity LevelPlay

Some games may integrate Unity LevelPlay for advertising mediation. LevelPlay may coordinate with advertising partners to fill ad placements through real-time bidding, in-app bidding, waterfall mediation, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, or other supported formats.

Which partners receive signals can depend on the game, app version, country, platform requirements, user privacy choices, and service availability.

Mediation may include real-time bidding, in-app bidding, waterfall mediation, and partner routing where configured.

Ad formats may include rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and other supported advertising formats where configured.

Part 6

Data Received by Ad Technology

Advertising SDKs and mediation partners may receive limited device, app, ad-event, and privacy-choice signals. Possible categories include:

  • rewarded-ad completion
  • advertising performance
  • frequency and campaign information
  • fraud-prevention signals
  • consent and privacy-choice signals
  • advertising identifiers
  • device identifiers where permitted
  • Google Advertising ID or equivalent advertising identifiers
  • IP address
  • device type and model
  • operating-system information
  • app or game version
  • language
  • general region or approximate location inferred from IP where applicable
  • network and connection information
  • ad impressions
  • ad interactions
  • ad clicks
Part 7

Reasons for Processing

Processing purposes can include ad delivery, contextual or personalized advertising where allowed, ad measurement, frequency capping, attribution, reporting, rewarded-ad completion, gameplay tuning, stability improvements, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.

Part 8

Managing Advertising Preferences

For ads and analytics, users may be able to make choices through consent prompts where available, Android advertising settings, device permissions, privacy controls in a game, or applicable advertising-partner privacy pages.

Part 9

External Platforms and SDKs

Third-party services can include Google Play for distribution, Unity LevelPlay for ad mediation where integrated, advertising partners connected through mediation, and providers used for analytics, measurement, crash logs, performance, attribution, or diagnostics.

Part 10

Transfers for Ads and Diagnostics

Data can move to service providers, mediation platforms, ad partners, analytics providers, diagnostic tools, attribution services, or fraud-prevention systems when those providers perform a function for the game. Some privacy laws may treat advertising-related transfers in special ways.

Data Sharing is described here as provider access or transmission needed for these limited app operations.

Part 11

Security and Retention Limits

Retention depends on the purpose, the provider, legal requirements, technical needs, fraud-prevention needs, and analytics or advertising configuration. External providers may apply their own retention schedules.

Reasonable safeguards may be used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Part 12

Audience-Sensitive Privacy

Creative Adventure Games does not ask children to submit unnecessary personal information through the static website. Game privacy handling should be configured for the intended audience, applicable law, platform policies, and SDK requirements. Family privacy concerns should be directed through the public Play listing contact route.

Children and family privacy questions should use the public Google Play listing contact route.

Part 13

Rights, Requests, and Jurisdiction

Google Play distribution can reach international users. Depending on local law, users may have rights connected with access, deletion, correction, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or ad privacy controls.

Part 15

Changes and Privacy Questions

If the website or mobile games change, this policy may also change. Public Google Play developer or app listing contact details are the appropriate route for privacy questions.
